The academician Junshi Chen leads and acts as chairman of FHE, and Prof. Yunbo Luo, College of Food Science & Nutritional Engineering, China Agricultural University, is the director of the FHE Academic Committee. The members of the academic committee include eight academicians and many top experts. FHE will follow the "Science & Technology Innovation and Scientific Evidence" of food and health, to build an integrated platform that integrates scientific exchanges, achievements exhibition and industrial docking.
