How to mark dietary fiber?

Dietary fiber is not a core nutrient and does not belong to the mandatory labeling content of food standards. If the product itself contains dietary fiber, it may be marked as "dietary fiber", either "as soluble dietary fiber" or as "insoluble dietary fiber" based on the actual test value. If additional soluble dietary fiber is added to the product, it can also be marked in the form of dietary fiber monomer, such as "dietary fiber (as polyfructose)" or "dietary fiber (as polyfructose and inulin)". In this case, it should be noted that the content of soluble dietary fiber monomer in the final product should be shown in the nutrition information, not the added amount.
