A Food Flavoring Substance Applied by Antion has been Approved

On October 22, 2021, National Health Commission (NHC) issued an announcement that the safety assessment of a novel food ingredient Rumexpatientia L. ×Rumextianshanicus A. Los, 9 new varieties of food additives including protease and 5 new varieties of food related products have been reviewed and approved according to the Food Safety Law.

The quality specification requirements of enzyme preparations for food industry should meet the National Food Safety Standard Food Additive Enzyme Preparations for Food Industry (GB 1886.174).
