How to label the solid content of product that cannot clearly distinguish from solid-liquid phase?

For prepackaged foods with both solid and liquid phases and solid phase substances as the main food ingredients, the content of drained substance (solids) should be labeled in the form of mass or mass fraction near the “net weight”.

Prepackaged foods which

a) semi-solid, viscous food, solid and liquid phases are the main edible ingredients; or

b) cannot clearly distinguish between solid and liquid, such as suspended or mixed solids and liquids, do not need to label the content of drained substance (solids).

Due to their own natures, prepackaged food may show different forms of solid and liquid under different temperature or other conditions, which do not belong to solid and liquid two-phase food, such as honey and edible oil, etc.
