According to Article 81 of the Food Safety Law and Article 8 of the Administration Measures on Formula Registration of Milk Powdered Formula for Infant and Young Children, the following materials shall be submitted when registering product formula of infant and young children formula milk powder: (1) the formula registration application of infant and young children formula milk powder product; (2) the qualification certificate of applicant; (3) quality and safety standards of raw and auxiliary materials; (4) product formula R&D report; (5) production process description; (6) product inspection report; (7) proof materials for R&D capabilities, production capabilities, and inspection capabilities; (8) other materials that show the scientificity and safety of formula.
