On December 29, 2023, the China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment publicly solicited opinions on a new variety of enzyme preparation for food industry — D-psicose 3-epimerase and two food additives with the scope of use expanded — ascorbyl palmitate (enzymatic), sucralose (trichlorosucrose). The deadline for comments is January 24, 2024.
